Our work takes many forms and can solve a very wide variety of issues. It depends on what challenges you are facing, what you have done before, what you have yet to try, and the goals you want to achieve.
Most districts have Title I funding that is required to be applied to parent engagement efforts with measurable results. Also, state and local policies will usually require specific parent engagement deliverables. Just measuring and reporting these things can be a complex task. We specialize in not only measuring current parent engagement levels, but also using the data to create significant improvements. |
We usually start off with a district assessment, which can be school specific, grade-level specific, or district-wide. We will look at all your current programs, strategies, results, costs, and impact.
Some districts hire us to achieve a specific goal, and others want to see what can be done over a set period of time. You may want us to improve an existing program that is not delivering expected results. Or perhaps you are ready for a foundational shift that will change the entire culture. We are frequently brought in to create or foster a new program to ensure its effectiveness. In such cases we work with the district leadership to make any needed changes and form a more successful program from its inception. |
