We are in this with you.  We understand it takes many people, making significant contributions, to improve parent engagement results and trends.  Within any community you always find willing people, but that does not guarantee success.  
Our services provide successful results.  We draw your willing people into a purpose-driven team, enabling them to achieve notable accomplishments and perpetually leverage those victories to recruit new members.  


​Creating Problem Solvers 

We utilize many strategies to provide the best possible outcome.  Mostly, we build up the abilities of local leaders to perpetually provide solutions.  Part of this process includes developing organizational protocols and procedures that become an established culture where new group or faculty members become like-minded and assimilate into excellence.  

We develop local community members into strong leaders, knowledgeable participants, influencers of what is needed, and relevant communicators.  This does more for your organization and schools in the long run than having an outsider solve a few problems and make a few changes.

We have found that  the future strength and effectiveness of your parent engagement programs and practices will be more accurate and plentiful if the solutions come from within your own ranks.  To that end we work to enable  perpetual successes by creating a legacy-building culture in each unique community.  


​Assessment and Analysis

We see and respond to the biggest needs very quickly.  ​While each community is unique and faces unique needs requiring unique solutions, a large majority of what is wrong or needs fixing in most communities is easily seen by our trained eyes.   Using this "quick read" ability, we provide quick-fix ideas to launch some immediate solutions, but the more entrenched, detailed, long-term solutions require us to provide an in-depth study.

We utilize a regimented assessment process to identify macro and micro areas of concern, weight them for importance, urgency, and strategic advantage.  We'll prepare and submit a professional report outlining the most significant causes of reduced parent engagement, and rely on this report to help guide the building of solutions.  

Recommendation and Implementation

We are very familiar with the issues of inertia and ignorance that routinely keep our recommendations from being implemented by the existing teams.   That is why we take a hands-on approach toward implementation.  It is vitally important - 'crucial' may be a better word - that the initial vector of change become established well into the adaptation sequence.  Otherwise, it is normal for natural recidivism to occur, 

We guide and facilitate groups toward developing new cultural norms.  This takes time, even if an entirely new roster of people is starting fresh, because everyone brings their history and beliefs to the new mix.  Through the adoption of the Five Elements we have seen ineffective leaders step back for the good of the group, and quiet thinkers rise to the podium because they are needed.  We have seen parents with "no extra time" become core contributors, and myopic blowhards become curious learners.  We have seen rosters of only two grow to include hundreds, and we have seen ethnic differences be leveraged into improvements.
