Knowledge
Ignorance is the enemy. The path to improving parent engagement is one of learning and learning how to use learning to your community's advantage.
Gaining more knowledge is useful, but knowing something is only part of the solution. Knowing what to do with it, when, and why, are very important too. Are there exceptions? What do I still need to learn? Who can I ask? And, lastly, who do I share it with? Sadly, much of what is learned by parents and educators each year is not passed on to others the following year... and years. This section of the website contains access to useful knowledge. Just attaining it is good. But is that all you can do with it? (I know this is a bit challenging, but I think you can handle it.) To move this mountain, to improve education, parent engagement, and the lives of many schoolchildren, we must do more and reach farther. I think you can do that. |
In this section of the website you will find many topics, articles, stories, and insights. You will also find useful tips and reasons centered around using the knowledge. We hope you enjoy exploring and discovering because the victories of learning are life-changing.
