Our Remote Services
Because many of our clients are spread out across the country and being "on site" isn't always necessary or practical, we offer many remote services through phone, text, email, chat, and cloud-based interactions. While still very effective and useful, these services also save clients money due to reduced travel and lower per-hour billing rates.
Short of actually meeting with clients onsite, there is a lot that can be done remotely from our offices. Interviews can be conducted, materials reviewed, process steps analyzed, development programs enhanced, and feedback given. We provide research, analysis, and contextual coaching of leaders. We encourage video recording of meetings and events for our review, and to document progress.
Cloud-based technology is widely available and being used more and more. This allows us to create, store, access, share, edit, and review all kinds of media. It also allows clients to see what is being done and how much progress is being made.
Clients are assigned an account number, and sub-projects are organized with suffixes to the account number so billing will reflect the project, issue, or solution getting the most attention.
We usually prioritize work orders based on a first-come-first-served basis, but many things can be handled right away over the phone. Even with larger issues that normally require a scheduled task item, when urgency and opportunity become extreme we do our best to respond in kind - for the sake of improving student success.
